Hello everybody!
Everybody everywhere doubts themselves at least once in their lives. Obviously some more than others. We rush to criticise ourselves and others, and the emotional and physical toll of this can be devastating. I have 3 challenges for you all to try and I would love to know how you all got on.
1. Ignore other peoples' opinions of you for 20 days.
This is a really tough thing to do, but will benefit you immensely. Society tells us we have to have problems and issues to be accepted which is untrue. Allow yourself the simple pleasure of accepting compliments and admiration. If someone doesn't matter to you, then their opinions shouldn't either.
2. Forget any perception or ideas of 'perfection' or 'normality' for 25 days.
Remember ' You can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there is still going to be somebody who hates peaches'. Perfection does not exist, I mean sure, you can get damn close but there is always a harmatia (a fatal flaw). You are you and you are you. You are enough. Be the best version of you possible. Strive for progress for if you strive for perfection you will never succeed.
3. Be your biggest supporter not your harshest critic for 30 days.
LOVE YOURSELF. If you want to do something, do it. If you want to wear something, wear it. If you fall down, pick yourself up, have a quick pep talk and off you go again! So yourself some TLC and be happy. When in doubt, go for it! (Unless you are going to do something like jump off a building without a harness or crash mat.)
Try not to chip away at yourself with doubt because if there isn't a hole for the doubt to fill, then it runs right off.
Love and hugs as always
